Customer Issue: Mr. Bolovenio just got rid of a rat infestation, and wanted to make sure more wouldn’t just move in.
Our Solution: Since the customer’s house had already had rats, every piece of furniture and appliance had to be moved in search of holes. Three were found and stuffed with cement and steel wool, and the front, back, and cellar doors got steel wool seals added to their open cracks.

Customer Issue: Heard mice in the attic.
Our Solution: We checked the attic and didn’t find any mice but noticed an old nest. We cleaned and decontaminated the space, removed all leftover droppings, chewed paper and worn insulation material, and then proceeded to seal gaps between the walls and windows to ensure mice couldn't exploit them to enter the house in the future.

Customer Issue: Mr. Lloyd called us after he heard rodents in his attic.
Our Solution: We several traps around the attic and trapped two rats. We made sure there were no traces of any other rodents and then sealed off all entry points and cleaned the room.

Customer Issue: Dust, dirt and debris in the attic crawl space.
Our Solution: The crawl space suffered greatly from moisture build-up after not being cleaned for years. Our team went in straight away, working tirelessly to thoroughly clean it and remove the moldy insulation.

Customer Issue: Leaky attic.
Our Solution: We thoroughly checked the most sensitive areas of Mr. Wolfe’s attic, including the spaces around wiring holes, kneewalls, pipes, and the attic hatch. We blocked all air pathways and plugged any cavities that could lead to future leaks.

Customer Issue: This customer had recently purchased a new home and was unhappy with the effectiveness of his attic insulation.
Our solution: Our team determined that a radiant barrier would help reduce this customer’s energy bills and provide more even air distribution. We installed the barrier and the customer was quite pleased with the results.

Customer Issue: This customer's furniture warehouse had a rodent infestation problem in its attic.
Our solution: We sealed all air leaks in the attic and set out traps. A few weeks later we disposed of the captured rodents and removed all contaminated insulation. After cleaning, we replaced the insulation to R-38 specs.

Customer Issue: This customer had eradicated rodents in her attic but the droppings and infected areas needed to be decontaminated.
Our solution: We cleaned all infected attic areas, removed the infected insulation and replaced the insulation with fresh, new product. She was pleased with the results and has recommended our services to family and friends.
